I officially got hired today at Tom Colicchio’s (the chief judge on Top Chef) newest restaurant, Colicchio & Sons in lower Manhattan. The dining room is the most beautiful space I’ve ever seen, the staff is gracious and welcoming, and everything that comes out of the kitchen is a work of art. 

I’m really excited for this. It might not be in the direction I exactly want, but at the very worst, my life is moving somewhere.
